WHO WE ARE

With 60 years of combined insurance claim experience, both of our co-founders have started and successfully run their own companies, acquiring skills that enable them to effectively investigate and resolve losses, subrogation, and recovery issues. Originally, they were firefighters – one went on to become a certified sea captain and claims adjuster & investigator/surveyor, while the other earned a criminal justice degree and ran his own public adjusting firm. These experiences give them a unique perspective on investigations. In his personal time, one of our co-founders and director of security and investigations leads highly specialized teams hunting down deviants who sell children into slavery around the world. The other co-founder, our director of surveys, subrogation, and recovery, holds extensive credentials with Lloyds of London and other governing marine institutions. He also still volunteers as a firefighter. Our founders have worked in white-collar financial crime and suspicious losses for most of their professional lives. These things, combined with their insurance knowledge, enable them to handle losses, subrogation, and recovery in a very unique and effective way.
